Our Management & Operations Services

Our Clients:

Healthcare organizations (private, charitable or government/public)  (for- profit & not-for-profit) (acute, subacute, and/or population health settings).

Our Goals - recognizing that each healthcare client & setting are unique:

  1. Enhance the system’s vision, strategies, care delivery model, clinical solutions, and better ‘match’ the healthcare needs of the population.
  2. Establish a “Counterpart Program” whereby our Team Members have local partners with whom they are working & are developing for future roles.
  3. Develop integrated clinical and non-clinical processes – meeting international accreditation standards & evidence-based practice;  eliminating ‘waste.’
  4. Assess and enhance leadership and team performance.
  5. Markedly improve the system’s clinical, operational, & financial outcomes; minimize harm.
  6. Improve access, affordability & the health of individuals & the population served.

Our Approach:

With each client, we use an ongoing Cycle:

  • ASSESS – identify current population health needs & wants; the scope of current services & resources; patient care delivery model; regulatory/accreditation compliance; payer mix; recruitment & retention; current & desired outcomes.
  • PRIORITIZE – rank the initiatives for change; develop a timeline with measureable targets.
  • PLAN – involve team members throughout the organization, including front-lines…..the people, places, & processes of healthcare.
  • IMPLEMENT/INNOVATE – develop/refine strategic & operational plans; create policies/protocols; obtain or re-allocate resources; roll-out ‘tests of change;’ adapt.
  • EVALUATE – measure & report outcomes as basis for “next round”
